Tier One: Network Operations Centre in Sydney; dual 155 Mbps of capacity from Sydney to Brisbane and Melbourne.

Tier Two: 155 or 45 Mbps capacity links with Perth, Adelaide and Hobart.

Tier Three: 34 or 45 Mbps port capacity at regional centres.
